<div>Hey Guys,</div>
<div> </div>
<div>Here I go with another RightFax question.</div>
<div>I have searched the archives all the way back to Jan of 06. I didnt find a similar question as mine so I am turning to the list.</div>
<div>Also RightFax tech support isnt being very cooperative.</div>
<div>Basically I have RightFax up and running.</div>
<div>My setup consists of a RightFax server with a Brooktrout ISDN card. I have CuCM 5.1 and a 2851 with two PRI's from the telco and a 3rd PRi for the RightFax. No T38 is configured anywhere. All 3 PRi's are MGCP controlled.
</div>
<div>The call flow is voice/Fax calls come in from the Telco on the first 2 Pri's. I have route patterns in CUCM to send the Fax calls to the RightFax PRI. That works as it should. Users get their faxes and so far none of them are cut halfway thru or anything. They are fine with that.
</div>
<div>The problem is that no outbound faxes are working. The call isnt even handed off to the Telco PRI's. </div>
<div>I can see in the debugs that the calls seize a channel on the correct PRI but that is it. I get the following:</div>
<div> </div>
<div>Jan 7 16:32:21.403: ISDN Se0/1/1:23 Q931: RX <- SETUP pd = 8 callref = 0x0001</div>
<div>
<p> Bearer Capability i = 0x9090A2<br> Standard = CCITT<br> Transfer Capability = 3.1kHz Audio<br> Transfer Mode = Circuit<br> Transfer Rate = 64 kbit/s<br> Channel ID i = 0xA98382
<br> Exclusive, Channel 2<br> Called Party Number i = 0x80, '99546439082'<br> Plan:Unknown, Type:Unknown<br>Jan 7 16:32:21.411: ISDN Se0/1/1:23 Q931: TX -> RELEASE_COMP pd = 8 callref =
<br>0x8001<br> Cause i = 0x8081 - Unallocated/unassigned number</p>
<p>Why is it giving me "Unallocated/Unassigned number" when I have route patterns that match what is being dialed. Another odd thing i saw is that there is no calling # in the debug. I have tried to have RightFax prefix the 9, I have tried it manually and I get the same debug output. At this point Im lost as to why CUCM is rejecting the call.
</p>
<p>Thanks for any help you guys can provide.</p>
