Same issue exists in CM6.x if a malformed device pack is installed it
can interfere with enterprise parameters and service parameters.<br>
<br>
See CSCsl86041 and CSCsg09337 in Cisco Bug Toolkit. You will need to
allow Cisco TAC access to run your server to root shell commands to fix
the issue.<br>
