<div><br></div>Ryan,<br><br>Although I do agree with the support side it is really hard to tell a customer who has been on an Avaya PBX for 15 to 20 years that they need to upgrade in 4-5 because it is no longer supported. Normally that does not turn into a very fun meeting.

Not that I think you'll see an EOL announcement for 5.1 any time soon but we have to get these out now so that we can stop supporting them down the road.
