<br><font size=2 face="sans-serif">After enabling Unity to Check for a
user's mailbox being full and telling the outside caller that they can't
leave a message with the Unity Advanced Options the default is to then
transfer the caller to the Opening Greeting. &nbsp;How can I change this
to do something different? &nbsp;I tried watching the progress of a call
but using Status Monitor, Port Monitor but that was still inconclusive.
&nbsp;I also looked at all the options under subscribers but I didn't see
anything that would change this behavior. &nbsp;If anyone has done this
before any help would be appreciated.</font>
