The TCD service on the CM server builds the corporatedirectory.txt file nightly I believe. The AC client reads from this file for it's directory information.<div><br class="webkit-block-placeholder"></div><div>You can bounce TCD to force it to rebuild the file but this will take out your AC pilot points and your users.</div><div><br><div> <p style="margin: 0.0px 0.0px 0.0px 0.0px"><font face="Helvetica" size="3" style="font: 12.0px Helvetica">-Ryan</font></p> </div><br><div><div>On Jan 15, 2008, at 4:26 PM, Kathy Dupree wrote:</div><br class="Apple-interchange-newline"> <div class="Section1"><p class="MsoNormal">Does anyone use the Cisco Call Manager Attendant Console software release 1.4 (1)? I am trying to figure out how the users are getting into the software. I know that Call Manager and Active Directory talk and when someone’s extension number is changed in AD it shows the change in Call Manager immediately but it is not an immediate change in the Attendant Console software. The Corporate Directory on the phone also has the change. I have experienced this before and I think tomorrow it will update but I am wondering if there is a setting somewhere to make it an immediate change in the Attendant console software as well. This causes problems for the console attendant when they have wrong extension numbers for people that get phone calls. Any ideas?
