FYI this is what I did to get the new licenses. It took thirty minutes on hold to get to an operator to open a case, then after waiting over an hour and a half for a call back I called in and raised the priority to P2 to get through to a licensing agent immediately. After that I just gave her the SO number for the upgrade and emailed the existing licenses. She email the
