Does anyone use the Cisco Call Manager Attendant Console
software release 1.4 (1)? I am trying to figure out how the users are
getting into the software. I know that Call Manager and Active Directory
talk and when someone’s extension number is changed in AD it shows the
change in Call Manager immediately but it is not an immediate change in the
Attendant Console software. The Corporate Directory on the phone also has
the change. I have experienced this before and I think tomorrow it will
update but I am wondering if there is a setting somewhere to make it an
immediate change in the Attendant console software as well. This causes
problems for the console attendant when they have wrong extension numbers for
people that get phone calls. Any ideas? Thanks
