it turned out they didn't install the "Battery-backed write cache upgrade" in
the server. </FONT></DIV>

use the disk labeled 7845-H1/H2 Windows 2000</FONT></SPAN></P>

Server OS 2000.4.5 installation and recovery.</FONT></SPAN></P>
<P dir=ltr><SPAN lang=en-us><FONT face=Calibri>But when I do the install
starts, it goes to the gathering information part</FONT></SPAN></P>
<P dir=ltr><SPAN lang=en-us><FONT face=Calibri>and then gives the following
errors. "The current BIOS is P56-06/28/2007</FONT></SPAN></P>
<P dir=ltr><SPAN lang=en-us><FONT face=Calibri>the version tested is
P56-12/28/06. This system has not been tested with</FONT></SPAN></P>
<P dir=ltr><SPAN lang=en-us><FONT face=Calibri>the detected BIOS. OK to
continue cancel to abort." I hit OK, next error,</FONT></SPAN></P>
<P dir=ltr><SPAN lang=en-us><FONT face=Calibri>you can see this coming.
"The current RAID firmware is 4.06 version tested</FONT></SPAN></P>
<P dir=ltr><SPAN lang=en-us><FONT face=Calibri>is 2.08. This system has
not been tested with detected BIOS. Ok to</FONT></SPAN></P>
<P dir=ltr><SPAN lang=en-us><FONT face=Calibri>continue cancel to
abort." I click OK knowing I am in trouble, it claims
it</FONT></SPAN></P>
<P dir=ltr><SPAN lang=en-us><FONT face=Calibri>is starting the clearing of the
RAID array and then aborts with </FONT></SPAN></P>
<P dir=ltr><SPAN lang=en-us><FONT face=Calibri>"The config of
array controller failed. This can be caused by
unexpected</FONT></SPAN></P>

system. Error Code:2822". </FONT></SPAN></P>
