<div> </div>
<div>The Power supply and power card both worked great.</div>
<div>the phone is registering now</div>

<p>How do I check the AC power supply?</p></div>

<p>Cabling was checked and passed on. I used the cable in the phone box (7961) also I plugged a spare 3750 into the network and all the phones registered and worked as I should. I just don't want to waste a 3750 on a site that already has a ESW in the router.

<p> </p>
<div>
<div>
<p>Okay so this is a newbie question, but I can't seem to find the answer.</p></div></div>
<div>
<div>
<p> </p></div>
<div>
<p>I have an MGCP Gateway on a 2811 </p></div>
<div>
<p>this is a small 5 person office so they have an Ethernet module on the router. (NM-16ESW) with a power card (PPWR-DCARD-16ESW).</p></div>
<div>
<p> </p></div>
<div>
<p>This weekend I tried to cut over the site and I can't get power to the phones.</p></div>
<div>
<p> </p></div>
<div>
<p>the Config looks like this:</p></div>
<div>
<p> </p></div>
<div>
<p>Interface FastEthernet1/1</p></div>
<div>
<p>decription Sue's Phone and PC</p></div>
<div>
<p>switchport access Vlan 4</p></div>
<div>
<p>switchport voice vlan 3</p></div>
<div>
<p>duplex full</p></div>
<div>
<p>speed 100</p></div>
<div>
<p>power inline auto </p></div>
<div>
<p>mls qos cos override</p></div>
<div>
<p>spanning-tree portfast</p></div>
<div>
<p> </p></div>
<div>
<p>according to the router my options are power inline (auto, never). Do I need cdp enabled on the port to detect the phone? How do I get power to the phones?</p></div>
<div>
<p> </p></div>
<div>
<p>Much appreciated</p></div>
