<div>Running CallManager 4.1(3) and want to setup or allow some of our sql reporting and developer folks access to the CDR database so that they can create some custom reporting for supervisors and management.</div>

<div>Not finding any best practices regarding anything related to this. I do notice that my CM cluster sql appears to be configured with "Windows only" authentication.</div>

<div>Should one create a new user for this or use an existing? Should I leave CM set to use 'Windows only' authentication ? Can you even change that without having a negative impact?</div>

<div>I know that prior to 4.x the default use to be mixed mode allowing for SQL and Windows authentication.</div>
