<p>Most outside world stuff it's a lot easier to run H323 with Gatekeepers. we have a state wide network that we do all our VC over IP. if it's out of state we use our Regional Hub to bridge the IP / ISDN. Depending on weather you want to do three way or better conferencing and don't have a service provider that can you it for you.... you may look at the cuvc or radvision or there are a couple others I'm forgetting right now. Tandbergs do have a three way bridge build in if you want to use that.</p>

<p>How complicated does it get once you need to talk to the outside world<br>though? If I have a SCCP endpoint connected via ethernet and haven't<br>pulled a PRI to the endpoint, then I'm assuming that this is where<br>
devices like the CUVC 3545 comes into play? In CM, is it just<br>configured as a MGCP gateway?</p>
