<DIV></DIV>Anyone ever run into a problem where agents cannot blind transfer
from CAD but they can directly from their IP phones? The button to complete
the transfer does not go active until the other party answers. The agent can
reach over and hit transfer on the IP Phone itself though and the blind
transfer completes.<BR><BR>We just upgraded to CRS 5 a couple weeks ago, this
is one of the lingering minor problems we had. Didn't have any issue with
