Hi Rasim,<br><br>Thanks for your reply. I'll try selecting "none" in that field and see if it helps them. <br><br>The Phone Number Format options look OK, at least they are set to what was working for us in 4.0. I've got it set to Variable Length dial string, Max internal digits is 5, and then another plan setup for 8 digit external calls. Subcriber length is 4, city code is 4 (access code + exchange). Agents aren't permitted to make long distance or International calls.<br>
<br>We have 5 digit internal extensions on callmanager, but also have some other PBX's on campus that was can also dial 5 digits to using a translation pattern.. so they are technically off-net. My first thought was that this was the problem, but the operator swears she is having trouble doing a blind transfer even to a true internal call manager line. <br>

You might modify your Dialing Strings in the Desktop Cisco Administrator and select
'None' for the Area_code/Exchange and Exchange Subscriber Code. Double-check

<p>Anyone ever run into a problem where agents cannot blind
transfer from CAD but they can directly from their IP phones? The button to
complete the transfer does not go active until the other party answers. The
agent can reach over and hit transfer on the IP Phone itself though and the
blind transfer completes.<br>

We just upgraded to CRS 5 a couple weeks ago, this is one of the lingering
minor problems we had. Didn't have any issue with transferring on version 4.<br clear="all">
