&nbsp;VMware. Once the reports have been generated and saved on the Virtual PC
we would use Robocopy and schedule transferring &nbsp;data onto network shares

are using UCCX version 5.X and noticed that when we use the Historical
reporting client we are unable to See network drives or Network printers. I
found out this was because the client installs and uses a local acccount
&quot;CiscoHistrprtusr&quot; on the&nbsp;each PC and this user has no domain
privileges. What is the workaround. Do we simply create an account with the
same name and password on the domain? If so does anyone know the password for
this user or if I can safely reset it without causing issues?</span><o:p></o:p></p>
