Hello all,<br><br>Has anyone done an upgrade from CER 1.3 to 2 that can comment on how the license upgrade process works? Is it like callmanager where I get a temp license file that I send off to <a href="mailto:licensing@cisco.com">licensing@cisco.com</a>? I couldn't really tell by reading the documentation, it was rather vague (or I was not looking at the right doc, go figure)<br clear="all">
