<div>Voice PRI goes directly to the telco to go out on the PSTN. Data can run to another location (ISDN) or to a telco. Since your wanting to do Video you will then order a SPID (can't remember if that's the right name or not) which is like a ISDN telephone number. (my memory is really bad as this was in some CCNP classes I took about 6 years ago).</div>
