MOH over an ICT is just like MOH between any two endpoints. If you aren't hearing MOH it's either because the RTP stream isn't getting to your phone or the MOH server isn't sending any RTP for some reason.<div><br class="webkit-block-placeholder"></div><div>You need to look at IP connectivity between the MOH server and the endpoint being put on hold.
