<div>In regards to not being able to dail from outlook this is something that needs to get looked at. You can't have a central directory of all of your users and then expect everyone to keep local copies of it within outlook to be able to dial from outlook. There needs to be a way to pull the phone number from the GAL so CUPC can dial from outlook. </div>
