functionality<BR></FONT><BR></DIV>
<DIV></DIV>
<DIV>I decided to start a new thread about some other questions I have with the
CUPC client. I have evaluated using the CUPC client and the OCS client with CUPS
integrations. I must say that the OCS client is allot more feature rich so far
but maybe I am just missing some settings. </DIV>
<DIV> </DIV>
<DIV>My first question is if there is a way to drag and drop a call while it is
active to another user. So If I get a call from Joe and I want to transfer it to
Sam how can I do this using the CUPC client? I would expect I could just drag it
to an active call between myself and Sam but it does not work. Is it possible to
do this?</DIV>
<DIV> </DIV>
<DIV> </DIV>
<DIV>My other question has to do with this online flash demo of Cisco's "vision"
for personal communicator. If you follow this URL</DIV>
<DIV><A
href="http://www.cisco.com/cdc_content_elements/flash/cisco_uni_comm_3tab_web/flash.html"
target=_blank>http://www.cisco.com/cdc_content_elements/flash/cisco_uni_comm_3tab_web/flash.html</A></DIV>
<DIV>You will get to a flash demo if you view section 2 and then slide 4, there
should be about 2min left in the section, they show them starting a web
conference and dragging a file into a window to share it. This simply does not
function as advertised. I have my CUPC client integrated with MPE VT and while I
can start a web conference and share a document I can't simply drag it onto a
small window that is part of CUPC. I have to go into the web meeting and share
the program and it does not look anything like what they are showing. </DIV>
<DIV> </DIV>
<DIV>Also in the same demo they show where you get in inbound call and they use
a answer with chat option. This is something else that simply does not exist as
far as I can tell. Can anyone answer if these items do work like they are being
shown and if I can drag and drop a transfer?</DIV>
