sure there was a new Unity feature that required a phone be assigned to a
particular CTI user be assigned all the phones it was going to control. I
believe it was for the message interruption, so if someone was leaving a message
on your VM your phone would get a new softkey to intercept that call or listen
to it live. If you wanted this feature on all of your phones, that user had to
be assigned all these MAC addresses!</FONT></DIV>
