Mobility on, the customer has to dial 0 to reach the external line.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

Cell Phones, Is it possible to solve this with a specific CSS on the RDP? <o:p></o:p></span></p>

line for what CSS they should use for outbound dialing? <o:p></o:p></span></p>

from my Cell Phone, it seems that the CCM ignores the external phone number
mask configured on the shared line connected to the RDP. <o:p></o:p></span></p>

all digits, not only the Directory Number.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
