Field Notice 62669 is the one that talks about CM specifically.
Lets see, at the top of the doc, it's revision 2.4, 02-Nov-2007.
At the bottom of the doc, the updated: is "Feb 25, 2008"
Can you let us know if anything significant has changed in the doc?
