font-family:Arial'>We are currently using Plantronics Wireless Headsets (model
CS-55) with our Cisco 7961 phones. The only way I have figured to make them
work is to put the base unit in- between the 7961 handset and the phone using
the Handset port. If I try and use the Headset port and the Headset button the
mic will not work. Using the handset port the user has to take the handset off
hook before they can use the wireless headset. Does anybody have a better
method for using these headsets.<o:p></o:p></span></font></p>
