<div>When this user presses the Voicemail key it takes them to one of the 8 shared lines voicemail, randomly.&nbsp;&nbsp; The users has the first extension set as the primary extension.&nbsp; We are using CUCM 6.1 and Unity Connection 2.0.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Anyone experience this, is there a way to lock the phones voicemail button to only go to one extensions VM?</div>
