I was curious as to what people use for day to day admin and provisioning of services within CallManager 6. We have less than 1,000 users on CCM6 now, but this will eventually scale up to possibly 6,000 users over the next couple years.<BR>
<BR>
We are currently doing imports of users and UDP's using BAT, or copying a UDP template we have created (depending of on number of users to be inserted at one time).<BR>
<BR>
Using BAT and templates help, but we still need to go through the manual process of assigning profiles to end users, setting default device profiles for users, adding them to the CCM End User group to allow access to the CCMUser website, plus the pain of manually assigning the extention mobility service to each profile as it is not inherited from the BAT template (hopefully Cisco fix that.. we are currently running 6.0.1.2102-1 and upgrading to 2121-1 this coming weekend), aswell as a few other minor things.<BR>

I was hoping others might have some idea of any tools out there, free or commercial, that makes the provisioning of users a more streamlined and easy process? Or maybe suggestions on how we can do things better.<BR>
