<div>We have three locations where teh on site receptionist receives outside calls and &quot;occasionally&quot; the transfer and conference softkeys are grayed out... you can &quot;see them&quot; but not activate them.&nbsp; We have other sites that are designed similarly but ar working just wonderfully.</div>

<div>Anyone ever experience this sort of behavior before?&nbsp; I see that sr6 has repaired some softkey bugs and it is time for an upgrade anyways...still I hope someone has seen this before and there is an easier fix...if not I will let you all know how the upgrade goes.</div>
