I have seen this on version 4.1(3)sr4b but was never able to solve it. It was not constant and never really occured frequently to troubleshoot with tac. We just upgraded to sr5d two days ago so this is still ona list somewhere waiting to see if the upgrade fixed it.
Subject: [cisco-voip] Softkeys Disable and Enable

Greetings Running 4.1(3) sr3 with an upgrade to sr6 tonight to see f that will remedy this situation....

We have three locations where teh on site receptionist receives outside calls and "occasionally" the transfer and conference softkeys are grayed out... you can "see them" but not activate them. We have other sites that are designed similarly but ar working just wonderfully.

Anyone ever experience this sort of behavior before? I see that sr6 has repaired some softkey bugs and it is time for an upgrade anyways...still I hope someone has seen this before and there is an easier fix...if not I will let you all know how the upgrade goes.
