particular bug is specific to the software CFB and shouldn't impact MOH.
Which users are hearing the volume get quite upon retreiving a call on
hold? In fact when you hold and resume a call your phone sets up an
entirely new RTP stream to the destination device so even if the person on hold
heard quiet MOH this wouldn't have anything at all to do with the audio stream
from your phone after you resume the call. </SPAN><SPAN

was fixed in 5.1.2.1101-4 and should be very obvious as the audio gets quieter
each time a participant joins a conference. I believe 5.1.2b is
5.1.2.3000-4 so you should have the fix for this issue. Please open a TAC
SR if you think you are hitting it in a version past where it should be

quieter. Anyway, I am also getting lots complains from the customer that volume
