Ok so I downloaded the ES and applied it to my Pub using OS Admin. Do I
need to duplicate the effort on my Sub by logging into OS Admin
there or will the ES replicate ( that would be nice!)<br>

That workaround was only valid for 5.1(2) as I recall. In 5.1(3) they
added a session ID to the parameters the phone sends to the personal
directories service and this effectively broke the workaround in
CSCsl95467. You will need to get to a version with the fix for
CSCsl95467 for it to work again.</div>
