When a call requires and MTP and none are available CM has a service parameter to allow connecting the call anyway. When the call is connected, all supplementary services (hold,conf.xfer) are disabled.<br>

<div>We have three locations where teh on site receptionist receives outside calls and "occasionally" the transfer and conference softkeys are grayed out... you can "see them" but not activate them. We have other sites that are designed similarly but ar working just wonderfully.</div>
