"thanks for calling so and so, enter an extension if you know it,<br>press 4 for a directory or 0 for the operator".<br><br>I can just setup a phone with the main line, set a high max number of<br>calls and busy trigger, and set things to forward to a call handler if<br>
busy or no answer.<br><br>I could setup attendant console to assist the operator.<br><br>All pretty easy it seems, but wondering if there is something I am<br>missing, or a better more efficient way of setting this up.<br>
