Is this the 1st quatrain of Lelio Fulgenzi?.. spooky!
The second one.. will be a prediction of when we can forward non-primary lines.

Scott, i've had the same troubles with CER documentation. Especially finding the right document that answers my questions.
wild speculation.

but i think the writing is on the wall. in the last few upgrading webinars
(www.ciscoknowledgenetwork.com) they make reference to upgrading documents
that quite specifically and systematically tell you what things to prepare,
etc. the docs look pretty good. but they are only available to partners.
why?

my other prediction is that they are going to eventually remove stuff like
ccmuser pages and CAR and simply tell you to use SOAP/AXL to build your own
interface and third party applications to process CDRs.

i think Cisco wants to keep it's partners happy.
