i had this problem with 6.1.1 once when I unknowingly had a second cat5 connected to the secondary NIC. I think in my case, the second NIC was connected to a different vlan which caused by problem. I'd double check this in your case. Seems like this is a network issue, either NIC based or switch based.<br>

Yip, the are on the same subnet, same 6500 switch. Publisher is x.x.x.10 and subscriber x.x.x.11. I see Chris mentioned that DNS is required in 6.x. I don't know if this is applicable to 5.x as well. I cannot remember that I had to do this the previous time I've done this, but will give it a go as soon as I can.<br>
