have their greeting in the IVR before getting placed on the queue. DID to a Queue
is always faster and avoids using a Port on your AA. The best option is to have
both the DID and a redirect on the AA in case people call the main company

IPCC Express queue (instead of going to the normal menu greeting) is a bad
idea.<br>

Anyone know if that is really a major no-no (security, other?), or if it's just
generally not recommended but not a big deal?<br>
