After the fix for CSCdv66773 CM can use > 24 digits internally,
apparently up to 48. I've not tested it and rarely see this many
digits used. Even after the change q.931 (isdn and h.323) are still
limited to 24 digits.<br>

I believe CM internally only supports 24 digits. You may need to make
other arrangements for your dialplan where fewer digits are required.<br>
