Thanks for the update, TAC made it sound like the upgrade I need will need to be published and then installed before I can apply this ES? Here's the current show status. Is the upgrade something I should be able to download from CCO, or does TAC need to publish it:<br>

<div></div>I'm sure everyone's seen this 1million times. On Unity 5.0, transfer
to voicemail is nice enough to restart the called destinations greeting for the
calling party. I'm receiving some mixed responses on Unity Connections, <a title="blocked::http://2.1.1./" href="http://2.1.1./" target="_blank">2.1.1.</a> Can anyone tell
me if this works on 2.1.1 or if an ES is required to achieve the desired result?
The issue is caller's getting half the users greeting, due to delay in
