Thanks for the update, TAC made it sound like the upgrade I need will need to be published and then installed before I can apply this ES? Here&#39;s the current show status. Is the upgrade something I should be able to download from CCO, or does TAC need to publish it:<br>

<div></div>I&#39;m sure everyone&#39;s seen this 1million times. On Unity 5.0, transfer 
to voicemail is nice enough to restart the called destinations greeting for the 
calling party. I&#39;m receiving some mixed responses on Unity Connections, <a title="blocked::http://2.1.1./" href="http://2.1.1./" target="_blank">2.1.1.</a> Can anyone tell 
me if this works on 2.1.1 or if an ES is required to achieve the desired result? 
The issue is caller&#39;s getting half the users greeting, due to delay in
