Yeah, I'm familiar with that. I just want to know if the ES can be applied to 2.1.0.9901-362, if not, then will the download on cco (

I guess I'm confused by the fact someone told me the UPGRADE will need to be published, in addition to the publishing of the ES. Sorry for the confusion.
The ES will install similar to an upgrade, it gets loaded on the inactive partition first and then you need to reboot to switch over.

I've got the ES via my tac case. Can anyone tell me if it can be directly applied to my existing version or if an upgrade will be required? I've been told I need to dowload and install and upgrade before the ES. I'm at:
Version 2.1.0.9901-362
Thanks for the update, TAC made it sound like the upgrade I need
will need to be published and then installed before I can apply this
ES? Here's the current show status. Is the upgrade something I
should be able to download from CCO, or does TAC need to publish it:
Product Ver : 6.1.1.2000-3
Platform Ver : 2.0.0.1-1
I'm sure everyone's seen this 1million times. On Unity 5.0,
transfer to voicemail is nice enough to restart the called
destinations greeting for the calling party. I'm receiving some

mixed responses on Unity Connections, 2.1.1. <http://2.1.1./>

Can anyone tell me if this works on 2.1.1 or if an ES is
required to achieve the desired result? The issue is caller's
getting half the users greeting, due to delay in transfering.

Thanks!
