<P><FONT SIZE=2>In the same box we also received the HP/IBM OS 2003 DVDs and Cisco Unified Contact Center Express Version 5.0(1) DVD. From the product name (IVR-UPG-35-50= IPIVR 3.5 to 5.0 ESW+UCSS Major Upgrade) and the received DVDs one would assume 3.5 to 5.0 is possible!<BR>
