<P class=MsoNormal><FONT face=Arial size=2><SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 10pt; FONT-FAMILY: Arial">We take off the shared line and she is able to login just fine. We have the hunt list on her phone to start with Line 3 (unlike other phones in the list which start with line 2). Since we can just keep taking off the shared line when it is her time to cover the phones we need straight answer.</SPAN></FONT></P>

<P class=MsoNormal><FONT face=Arial size=2><SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 10pt; FONT-FAMILY: Arial">On another CM we have in our enterprise we have operators that have side cars and 3 or 4 shared lines on their phone in addition to having the operator lines. Tac says shared lines are not possible but we are currently doing it in another office so am unsure why this one is not working. Here is part of the “restrictions” he gave me - </SPAN></FONT><FONT face=Arial color=black size=2><SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 9.5pt; COLOR: black; FONT-FAMILY: Arial">Cisco CallManager Attendant Console Server does not route calls to an instance of a shared line on attendant phone if any other instances of the shared line are in use. </SPAN></FONT></P>
