Attendant console generally should not be used with shared lines.
While it may appear to work sometimes it is not programmed to handle
shared line logic and will eventually display unexpected behavior.<br>

login to the console with Line 2 on her
phone it gives us an error message that says: One ore more lines on
your phone

line and she is able to login just
fine. We have the hunt list on her phone to start with Line 3 (unlike
other
phones in the list which start with line 2). Since we can just keep
taking off the shared line when it is her time to cover the phones we
need

our enterprise we have operators that
have side cars and 3 or 4 shared lines on their phone in addition to
having the
operator lines. Tac says shared lines are not possible but we are
currently
doing it in another office so am unsure why this one is not working.
