the non Cisco equipment. We had lots of network related problems but honestly
third party equipment wasn’t properly configured. On the sites with Cisco
gears everything was fine.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

color:#1F497D'>TAC was very fair. When we report an IPCC/IPT issue they did
look at the logs and support the solution as long as they didn’t relate
issue with network stability. As soon as they prove that issue is directly
related with the network, then they hand a case to us and tell us to fix the network.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
