We are usually very cautious about any additional agents running on the
server. I do not see that listed on the support agents list:<br>

while it may seem harmless enough keep in mind that your CM servers are
performing real time processing. When go offhook on your phone that is
packets over the network to CM, processing by ccm.exe, and a response
back over the network. CM by itself consumes significant system
resources. More resource contention or simply monitoring those
numerous resources may have undesirable affects.<br>
