Pat,
I'm rather embaressed to say that I did not even realize that. WOW, so this could be a reason that it is not working like the others have. I'm curious as to why the TAC engineer would not recognize that right off the bat.

Thanks for pointing this out.

All,
I'm doing my first CCM 4.3 install and I have run into a little problem. The Voicemail Profile mailbox mask does not seem to be working.
I have 3 digit extensions, and I would like to be able to transfer a call directly to someones voicemail box using a CTI Route Point with a DN of *XXX which is CFA to voicemail. This same scenario has worked flawlessly for me on 4.2 installs, but now that I am on 4.3 it doesn't work.
So if I call *XXX I get a message from CUE, that states "There is no mailbox setup for this extension" because Callmanager is not sending the correct digits.
the CUE version that I am using, which I have been using for the last year is 2.3.4 and this has been successfully configured when integrated with 4.2.
I have a cisco TAC case open on this and spent 3.5 hours on the phone with the tac engineer yesterday. Basically at the end of the 3.5 hours we came to the conclusion that I stated in the first 5 minutes of talking with him. We seem to be hitting a bug.
His work around was rather than using a *, to use a number like 7XXX and then update the e.164 number for each mailbox as 7<plus their extenion>.
Does anyone else have a CCM 4.3 install going? My assumption is that it would work the same whether using CUE or Unity.
