correct licensing and it shows active for the number of agents that I have.
When I try to launch the cisco agent desktop I get &quot;The license or
resource manager may be down. Please talk to your administrator&quot;. I can
ping the server by name. In the log files on the desktop I get the errors
below, I have removed the correct IP information. <o:p></o:p></p>
