I have a new deployment of UCCX 5.0(2) with UCCM 6.1. I have uploaded the correct licensing and it shows active for the number of agents that I have. When I try to launch the cisco agent desktop I get "The license or resource manager may be down. Please talk to your administrator". I can ping the server by name. In the log files on the desktop I get the errors below, I have removed the correct IP information.
