had the same problem a long time ago and I think I fixed it by configuring my
IPCCX servers in the Cisco Agent Desktop. Select your profile, click Setup ->

<P>I have a new deployment of UCCX 5.0(2) with UCCM 6.1. I have uploaded the
correct licensing and it shows active for the number of agents that I have. When
I try to launch the cisco agent desktop I get "The license or resource manager
may be down. Please talk to your administrator". I can ping the server by name.
In the log files on the desktop I get the errors below, I have removed the
