<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2>I'm a little fuzzy with calling search space
requirements for voicemail. I've got a PLAR with a blank translation that goes
to a target. Works fine. But when the ring no answer threshold is reached and
the ringing phone tries to send it to voicemail the caller gets a fast busy.
This usually happens when CSS is not properly set. I was pretty sure that it has
nothing to do with the caller's CSS but the CSS of the forwarding party that
controls this. </FONT></DIV>
