correct, in 6.0 there is no longer a Cisco OU. any remaining Cisco OU
in your AD is strictly a leftover from a previous 4.x integration.<br>

the profile is stored in the cisco OU. the pointer to the profile is
stored as an attribute of the user. you can use your favorite AD
dump/search tools to do the rest.
