I see what you are saying....I should have also added this is CM 4.1, and when users dial out, they press a 9, so that is why we can't see what lines are in use. But Jonathan, I think you've got it right, too big of a pain. That and I plan to move to CM 6 in the very near future. So might as well wait!<br>
