a bit fuzzy if the TSP requires password or PIN. Either way your user

1. make sure the line on the devcie you are attempting to control has
'enabled cti control' set<br>
2. make sure the user is a member of the cti group<br>

was able to make this work too at one point but it’s not now,
we’re running CUCM 6.1 and when I go into the Outlook (2007) dialing
options to
select a line my two choices are IPCONF LINE and H323 LINE. Our CFO
keeps
bugging us about this but we haven’t found a way to make it work
reliably yet. I
looked at my traces and I don’t see anything in them that could help
explain
this. Does anybody have this piece working? Thanks.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
